This is the 2021 AutoSmart set of 3 books set of Michael Hyde. 2021 AutoSmart Books containing hundreds of pictures of Remotes, Remote Head Keys, Proximity Fobs and Keyblanks added to really give you the full picture of what you are dealing with on the job. All the info for specific vehicles is found together, no more having to go from section to section. Expanded Transponder & Cloning information. An expanded list of programmers and their applications.

- This set was updated with the car models and info through 2021. Audi, BMW, Volkswagen sections greatly expanded. Acura, Honda, Hyundai, KIA, Subaru & Toyota sections also expanded.

- Hundreds of pictures of Remotes, Remote Head Keys, Proximity Fobs and Keyblanks added to really give you the full picture of what you are dealing with.

- Now even easier to use. Look up the car in the table of contents for that manufacturer and go directly to that section, much faster!

- Once at the specific car section - you will see the Keyblank Application info along with remotes or proximity fobs, their part numbers and associated FCC info. Next, you will see the Space & Depth info. Followed by the Transponder section with several different cloner types and that is followed by 9 different key programmer brands. The making first key section is there with a tumbler chart. Also, there is an application table for Strattec parts if applicable.

All orders have been counted and verified by 2 Locksmith Keyless Warehouse personnel. Please confirm items and quantities, if there are any discrepancies please address them within 24 hours of delivery.

If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.

 

Brand New OEM keys / Lishi / Turbodecoder / Readers cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.

Machines / Electronic Devices / Brand Name Locks must be approved thru manufacturer or Locksmith Keyless Tech Support.

 

SHIPPING

All orders over $99 will include courtesy shipping (for some special products this does not apply)

Week Orders

All orders must be done before 2PM if you want them to be shipped that same day.

Weekend Orders

All orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday 

Friday - Overnight orders placed on Friday must be done before 2PM Eastern. Friday Overnight deliveries will arrive Monday unless a special Saturday delivery Overnight option is checked. 

Saturday and Sunday - Orders will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday.  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking

A tracking # will be provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email, phone call or e-commerce platform used. Please note that some orders may take longer to be processed depending on the manufacturer.

Risk of Loss

A tracking # is provided with every order you place. Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered we are not responsible for replacement orders!

Cancelling an Order 

Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation by calling your account representative during operating business hours. This must be done through the phone ( No emails)  however please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.

Missing Items

Any item which is missing from an order must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48 hour period

Signature Requirement

Signature required may be requested on the shopping card. It is optional.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@locksmithkeyless.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
