How to match Xhorse Watch Smart Key?
- Please initially complete the Remote Generation via intelligent KEY TOOL Series tools produced by Xhorse.
- The watch should be put in the detection coil as deep as possible during the process of Remote Generation.
- Please contact the technical support team on Xhorse App if the Remote Generation cannot be completed successfully.
- After successfully completing the Remote Generation, please match your watch to your car via the professional matching devices.
- Please contact your local dealers for help.
- Users can remote the car by the watch after successfully completing the matching process.
- Users who own cars controlled by smart key remotes can directly use the watch as a car remote.

1. Sapphire Glass
The dial is covered by the double glare-proofed curved sapphire crystal glass that allows for enhanced visibility and clarity. It is arched with a specific profile shape to create a unique optical experience that combines, perspective, depth, and light.
2. Smart Buttons
We designed four buttons on the smart watch, the Lock button, the Unlock button, the Trunk button and the multifunctional button. All of the buttons on the watch had passed the rigid button testing. [Based on the testing results, the button life is over 100,000 times]
3. Case Back
The great case back is processed by the ceramic bezel, 316l stainless steel, and sapphire crystal.

The case back is decorated with numerous inscriptions that include the engraving of the trademark and Xhorse slogan "EXTREME HORSE POWER,

Daily Maintenance
- Adjust the length of the band properly to avoid damage to the crown or dial glass hitting hard objects.
- Return the crown back to Position 0 after the operation.
- Clean the metal parts using a soft cloth with lukewarm soapy water.
- Be sure to return the crown back to Position 0 and then clean it with fresh water after exposure to cleanser or seawater.Â
Storage
- Please place the watch in a watch case or clean and dry locations and avoid exposure to the magnetic environment if you will not be using your watch for an extended period of time.
- Please return the crown to Position 2 to lower battery consumption.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped between 24 hours or less Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm. Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will be shipped next business day.Â
We may use the following carriers; FedEx, USPS and UPS. Our orders ship via FedEx within 48 continental U.S. states, Canada , Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. FedEx does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses .
We start processing the shipment of orders after we processed the payment.
We retain the right to temporarily suspend the shipping of any orders suspected of fraudulent activity until the verification process has been successfully completed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.
Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected. We can't stop, delay or expedite any shipments once they have been shipped.
Only shipping services which have the transit time in the title (Next Day, Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) are guaranteed transit times. All other transit times (Ground, Priority, etc.) are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier or by LOCKSMITH KEYLESS. Shipping delays due to weather are not refundable as per the shipping carriers. Saturday delivery is not a guaranteed service. If Saturday delivery is selected and the shipment does not arrive on Saturday no shipping charges can be refunded.
Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii
Orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii will not qualify for free shipping if they have ANY Hardware products on them and/or Key Machines. Only Automotive products are eligible for Free Shipping.
Order Verification
In the event that your order is flagged by our system for any reason, we will promptly notify you via email to initiate additional verification steps. These steps may include:
- Providing a selfie-formatted picture of your ID
- Providing evidence of your address
- Verifying credit card ownership
- Submitting a screenshot of the relevant bank transaction
- Verification of business/ownership
Please note that the proof of address can be any mail item that displays both your name and the shipping address.

Weekend Orders
All orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday.
Friday - Overnight orders placed on Friday must be done before 2PM Eastern. Friday Overnight deliveries will arrive Monday unless a special Saturday delivery Overnight option is checked.Â
Saturday and Sunday - Orders will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday.
International Shipping
For international shipping, please note that you may be responsible for paying any possible customs and import duties at the time of delivery, however you should only worry about those fees if you order several hundred dollars worth of goods shipped outside the US. We are unable to determine these fees during the checkout process. You can contact your local Customs office for details.
Signature Requirement
Signature required may be requested on the shopping card. It is optional.
Missing Items / Discrepancies
Any wrong item or missing item(s) must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48 hour period.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders may be credited as a store credit or refunded with a 3% to 10% credit card fee.
No-Hassle Returns
If you a Locksmith & are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Certain restrictions apply.
