Overlift attacks occur when the pins and springs are all lifted past the “shear-line.” Once overlifted, the padlock can be opened like the key is in it. To resist comb attacks, our cylinders are designed with a longer pin in the rear of the cylinder that prevents combs from over-lifting and bypassing our cylinders.
