Shipping Policy

We’re dedicated to getting your order out quickly and efficiently! All in-stock items ship within 24 hours or less, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will be shipped next business day.

Please note: If your order includes items that are not currently in stock, a short lead time may be required. These items will be shipped as soon as they become available, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

We ship orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS to the 48 continental U.S. states, as well as to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination and specific shipping requirements to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

We start processing the shipment of orders after we processed the payment.

We retain the right to temporarily suspend the shipping of any orders suspected of fraudulent activity until the verification process has been successfully completed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with our shipping and delivery practices listed above. We are willing to work with a carrier to resolve any issues regarding your delivery.

Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected. We can't stop, delay or expedite any shipments once they have been shipped.

Transit Time: Only shipping services which have the transit time in the title (Next Day, Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) are guaranteed transit times. All other transit times (Express, Standard, Economy, Ground, Priority, etc.) are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier or by LOCKSMITH KEYLESS. Shipping delays due to weather are not refundable as per the shipping carriers. Saturday delivery is not a guaranteed service. If Saturday delivery is selected and the shipment does not arrive on Saturday no shipping charges can be refunded.

Free Shipping Policy – Alaska & Hawaii

Free shipping is available only for orders that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Order total is $99 or more.
  • All items fit within a standard shipping envelope.
  • Total weight does not exceed 10 lbs
Order Verification

In the event that your order is flagged by our system for any reason, we will promptly notify you via email to initiate additional verification steps. These steps may include:

  • Providing a selfie-formatted picture of your ID
  • Providing evidence of your address
  • Verifying credit card ownership
  • Submitting a screenshot of the relevant bank transaction
  • Verification of business/ownership

Proof of Address Requirements: Proof of address must be a standard document that clearly shows both your name and your shipping address.

Acceptable examples include:

  • Government-issued ID (with address)
  • Utility bills
  • Bank statements
  • Official mail or correspondence

Weekend Orders

All orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday.

Friday - Overnight orders placed on Friday must be done before 4PM Eastern. Friday Overnight deliveries will arrive Monday unless a special Saturday delivery Overnight option is checked. 

Saturday and Sunday - Orders will be shipped on Monday or the next business day in case of a holiday.

International Shipping

For international shipping, please note that you may be responsible for paying any possible customs and import duties at the time of delivery, however you should only worry about those fees if you order several hundred dollars worth of goods shipped outside the US. We are unable to determine these fees during the checkout process. You can contact your local Customs office for details.

Signature Requirement

Signature required may be requested on the shopping card. It is optional.

Missing Items / Discrepancies

Any wrong item or missing item(s) must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48 hour period.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you have a 30-minute window to cancel it before it begins processing in our warehouse. After this time, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, you must call your account representative or customer service during business hours within the 30-minute window. Email cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as your message may not be seen before the order begins processing.

If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it may still be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, cancelled orders may be credited as store credit or refunded with a 10% cancellation fee.

If you a Locksmith & are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, exchange or refund. Certain restrictions apply.
