- Technical training and usage support are not included.
- Claims involving a damaged tool must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive pressure, or improper handling is not covered.
- Cash refunds and direct replacements are not available for damaged tools.
- For an approved claim submitted within 30 days, the tool must be returned for inspection. An eligible claim may receive discounted store credit toward the purchase of another tool.
