- 1LB - (4.875 H x 1.25 W) Kit includes 1J, 1K, 1KD and 1KM faceplates.
- LB-2 - (9 H x 1.375 W) Kit includes 1J-2 & 1KM-2 faceplates.
- 1DB - (4.875 H x 1.25 W) Kit includes faceplates and brackets to make 1N, 1ND, 1NM and 1NTD options.
- 1DB2 - (9 H x 1.375 W) Kit includes faceplates and brackets to make 1N-2 option.
