Codelocks CL250 Mechanical, Light Duty, Grade 2, Stainless Steel, 2 3/8" - 2 3/4" Backset, Tubular Mortise Latchbolt with Key Override Feature
CL200 Mechanical Range - premium range of light duty mechanical locks. Multiple options available, including key override, suitable for a wide range of applications.
The CL200 completes the Codelocks Mechanical series. It's the same reliable, lightweight CL200, but specially enhanced to withstand harsh outdoor environments and coastal applications.
The CL250 is a light duty mortise latch with dual backplates.

The latch is spring loaded and will lock automatically when the door is closed. The latch bolt has a deadlocking plunger feature to prevent unlawful shimming of the latch.
