Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

- Register all your OTOFIX tools to your free Autel ID account at autel.com to download FREE software updates regularly to keep your Autel tools functioning like brand new.
- Constantly update MaxiSYS for current vehicle coverage.
- Register tool after purchase for 1 year of FREE software updates.
- After the update service is finished online, we will email you to inform you. Then You can go and get the new subscription via the following steps:
- Reboot your tablet.
- Make sure that your tablet has enough power for software updating.
- Make sure the internet connection status is good.
- Enter "Update" to do software downloads and updates online on your tablet.
