The THINKTOOL Expert 399 is a brand new 14-inch AI diagnostic device developed by THINKCAR in 2024, which features with unique designed, optimized UI interface and powerful TCOS system. The 399 supports RTC dual vehicle diagnostics with additional VCI. It supports split screen to show the data, modules etc, which are capable of diagnosing passenger vehicles, electric vehicles, commercial vehicles, which is an idea choice for mechanics and advanced workshop.
