Description
Description
TOPDON CAN FD Connector
CAN-FD Cable is designed to support diagnosis of vehicle models with CAN FD protocol, including 2018-2020 GM and Ford vehicles.
This cable enables Vehicle Communication Interfaces (VCIs) to communicate via the CAN FD protocol, allowing compatible tablet scanners and diagnostic tools to interface with the vehicle's network.
It is compatible with TOPDON's Phoenix series scan tools that did not originally include a CAN-FD capable VCI (such as the original Phoenix, Phoenix Lite, Phoenix Lite 2, and Phoenix Plus), allowing them to expand their protocol coverage.
Key Features:
- Enables CAN FD communication for supported vehicles
- Allows older Phoenix series tools to support CAN FD-based diagnostics
- Works with VCIs to integrate with diagnostic scanning tools
- Simple to connect and use as an extension or upgrade cable
- Build quality optimized for reliable signal integrity
