- Latchbolt retracts in 1/2 of a second with applied power. Removing power allows latch to be projected back to the extended position.
- No heating detectable with extended latch holdback.
- Field reversible for handing.
- Can be used in conjunction with any access control application using standard mortise locks.
- Creates a push/pull operation that satisfies both in-swing and out-swing doors.
- Access controlled via an access control system or by physical key override.
- Environmentally friendly with low power requirements.
- Motorized latch retraction and spring back extension provides quiet operation.
