Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

- In all-keys-lost situations, M821/M822 is not required to read EIS data anymore; Simply connect the EIS modules and KC501 lower pins via DuPont cables and get its data
- Time required for pasword calculation can be compressed to under 1 minute, comparing to the previous 5-15min for add keys and up to 120min in all keys lost situations
- Now keys will be written in the OE method which means KC501 support more kinds of keys including Mercedes-Benz OE keys
- Now KC501 can erase EIS data, enable/disable keys and generate key files
