- Apple and Android Compatible - iPhones with iOS 13.0 and above; Android 5.0 or above with smartphone connectivity capability.
- TTLOCK App - Lock can be managed and synced using the app.
- Admin Phone - Only one administrator phone is allowed at a time. Only smartphones can serve as the administrator. One admin phone can add a second-level admin and manage up to 250 locks.
- Access Log (Audit Trail) - Stores up to 2,000 audit trail entries.
- Gateway Connectivity - Optional gateway device allows compatible locks to connect to the internet for remote management.
- Keypad Anti-Tamper Lockout - If an invalid code is entered five consecutive times, the unit will alarm and remain idle for one minute.
- Key / Thumb-Turn Turning Detector - Detects mechanical operation such as key use or thumb-turn rotation and records it in the access log.
- Low Battery Warning - Alerts users when battery power is low.
- Passage Mode - Keeps the smart lock unlocked for an extended period. Can be controlled via smartphone when nearby or through Wi-Fi when remote.
- Pre-Entry Codes (Anti-Peeping) - Displays random digits before or after the actual code to prevent identification through fingerprints on the touchscreen.
- Optional Auto Re-Locking - Automatically relocks from 5 to 60 seconds or longer.

- One-Time User PIN Code - Generates a single-use PIN code for temporary access.
