The Cal-Royal EXCR9298D is a Grade 2 smart digital exit device trim designed to integrate with mortise exit devices and panic bar systems. Combining smart access control capabilities with reliable commercial-grade hardware, this trim is ideal for offices, apartments, hotels/motels, and other medium-duty applications where secure, convenient entry is required.
Engineered for durability and everyday use, this trim leverages Cal-Royal's proven mechanical design while adding modern digital access functionality. The clutch mechanism enhances longevity by reducing wear from excessive force on the lever. Compatible with standard mortise panic devices (sold separately), it offers a seamless way to modernize access on egress doors without compromising safety or compliance.
