Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

The Cal Royal H-BLEG Gateway expands the functionality of CR929 smart locks, enabling remote access, monitoring, and enhanced smart lock control through your network.
Features:
- Control the battery charge in locks.
- Remotely delete previously entered users from the lock memory (fingerprints, cards, passcodes).
- Remotely change time parameters of users' access (fingerprints, cards, passcodes).
- Remotely enter cards into the lock memory (if H-ENCODER is installed).
- Monitor door position (open/closed) if a door sensor is installed.
- Remotely open locks.
- Remotely activate/deactivate the "PASSAGE" mode.
- Receive online event logs from the lock.
