Users benefit from ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring a smooth diagnostic process from start to finish.
Renewals are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended to keep your software current and ensure access to the latest capabilities and brand updates. Even if the license is not renewed, you will retain access to core diagnostic and bi-directional functions, allowing continued use of the tool for essential service tasks.
