All orders are processed daily with the utmost care. We fully test & inspect each product prior to shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Shipments usually arrive within 3 - 5 days via regular mail.
THE SHIPPING IS FAST & FREE via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation to all 50 states and US territories. International shipping is handled through eBay Global Shipping Program. International rates apply. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FROM INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

At LOCKSMITH KEYLESS we stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your order experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return them in new and sellable condition for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
