Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Lockey - TB175 - Garden Gate Closer
Features:
- Flush mount closer
- Closes gates up to 110 lbs. easily and gently
- Will work with most in-line hinge arrangements.
- Adjustable closing speed
- Adjustable latching speed
- Hold open feature
- Installs on top, middle or bottom of either right or left hand of gate
- Mounts on opening side of gate, pushing it closed
- The TB175 may not be compatible with offset hinge arrangements or arrangements that create more than 2" between gate post and gate, as it is critical to mount the closer as close as possible to the gate's pivot point.
- To retain product warranty and restrict gate opening angle, a gate stop must be installed
