The Simplex 1000 Series is a mechanical, knob-operated lock that offers exterior access through a single programmed combination, while ensuring unrestricted exit from the inside. The combination can be set or changed directly using the keypad, without removing the lock from the door. It is offered in a range of architectural finishes to suit different design preferences.

- Factory-handed; not field reversible
- Key Override - allows entry by key. Small format and large format interchangeable core options available
- Cylindrical 1/2" (13 mm) throw latch, floating face plate 2 3/4" (70 mm) backset (UL listed)
- Passage- allows access without using the access combination. Feature activated from the inside with a thumbturn or key (included with all passage feature models)
