Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Beginning April 6, 2020 customers can exchange any competitive tool with a commercial value of $500 or more and receive a Smart Pro for a reduced rate.
Customers exchanging a competitive tool for a Smart Pro will also get 6 months UTP with the Smart Pro.
